IT Operations Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is working with end-user troubleshooting, pc support, and basic networking. Desire to obtain experience in an internal and customer facing IT and engineering related company is preferred. Familiarity and prior usage of Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, networking, PC hardware, wireless technology management, basic wiring, Active Directory, Help Desk management software, video conferencing, web-based applications, desktop imaging, remote support, VOIP phone systems, Microsoft Teams , desktop firewalls, management of Microsoft Intune and related endpoint management solutions is preferred. Experience with Dell and Microsoft desktops and laptops is a plus.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
End User Support and Ticket Resolution
-Serve as the first point of contact for clients and internal employees seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or through the ticketing system.
-Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Record the issue, details, and their resolution. Follow-up and update customer status and information."
Intune & Endpoint Management
• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for mobile device and PC management (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Develop and manage policies for device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and conditional access.
• Manage Windows Autopilot and provisioning processes for zero-touch device deployment.
• Configure and manage Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure devices adhere to corporate security policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Intune-related issues, performance, and user experience.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide 3rd-line support for endpoint-related escalations.
• Work with Azure AD, including user and device enrollment, conditional access policies, and hybrid environments"
Participate in on-call rotation for nights and weekends.
Support ongoing Infrastructure projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum College diploma, preferably University degree
- Minimum 2 years of related experience within IT Support
- Previous experience in MS Intune
