Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Serves as HSE leader, responsible for driving Incident & Injury Free (IIF) expectations with focus on identifying and eliminating risk. Investigates HSE profile/performance of potential suppliers as part of supplier audit process. Communicates expectations, opportunities and/or recommendations for risk reduction, safer work practices, etc. to prospective partners as appropriate.
- Lead supplier evaluation and monitoring for Xerxes - Hydrochain suppliers (and suppliers’ supply chain partners) as part of internal qualification process, leveraging subject matter experts and other functional groups as appropriate.
- Accountable for managing supplier QMS performance scorecards. Conduct supplier audits remotely and on-site if required, and generate comprehensive audit reports for relevant stakeholders, capturing non-conformance and escalating major deficiencies with correct urgency to leadership. Ensure supplier audit corrective actions are actively managed.
- Support SCAR (supplier corrective action report) activities with incumbent suppliers as required, including investigations, inspections, corrective action confirmation, and effectiveness validation.
- Plan and conduct quality inspections of incoming materials at regular intervals to ensure that quality requirements are satisfied.
- Manufacturing quality assurance and quality control
- Develop procedures, work instructions, checklists, and quality control plans.
- Act as first point of contact for any escalation of quality issues and problems.
- Support the quality manager in developing strategy, future quality projects, activities, and lead continuous improvement.
- Manage testing schedule and conduct or outsource required quality control testing.
- Maintain calibration of tools used.
- Manage document and records control in the ERP software.
- NCR (non-conformance report) system management, including corrective actions in the ERP software.
- Conduct inspections, measurements, and generate certificates for the finished product as required.
Education / Qualifications:
- 3 years College Diploma
- 3 – 5 years of Quality experience
- ISO 9001 auditor certificate
