Summary

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality electrical cable assemblies that meet customer requirements and operational standards. Working in an industrial plant environment, you will apply your technical expertise to safely and efficiently build products that support end users while contributing to a safe, productive, and reliable operation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Follow written procedures to ensure consistent and accurate product assembly
  • Interpret and read product construction details, including blueprints and schematics
  • Use hand tools according to established guidelines and safety standards
  • Lift and handle materials up to 40 lbs as part of daily operations
  • Operate and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with company safety and operational procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on a daily basis
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and actively support a zero-incident workplace
  • Consistently produce assemblies within expected timelines while meeting customer specifications
  • Participate in weekly safety meetings and contribute to continuous safety improvements

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
  • Hands-on experience with wiring and installing electrical assemblies
  • Experience inspecting finished products, completing orders, and performing product testing
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently within established guidelines
