Summary
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L performance, including pricing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization, and cost control to deliver profitable growth.
- Lead and execute the fuel market sales strategy, expanding market share and strengthening strategic and national customer relationships.
- Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and consistent execution.
- Provide strong people leadership by developing, engaging, and leading sales and support teams to achieve business objectives.
- Champion quality, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while managing commercial and operational risk.
- Represent the business at an executive level with customers and internal stakeholders, influencing decisions through strategic insight and effective communication.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business or Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with senior‑level commercial responsibility.
- Experience in fuel markets, petroleum equipment, tanks, or closely related infrastructure or industrial sectors.
- Proven success managing large national accounts and complex B2B commercial sales organizations.
- Strong expertise in pricing strategy, margin management, financial analysis, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
- Advanced capability in contract negotiation, commercial risk management, and strategic decision‑making.
- Demonstrated executive‑level leadership skills, including people development, cross‑functional collaboration, and strategic execution.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30–50% as required.
