Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, US, the primary role of the position is to ensure successful execution of customer orders from the quote stage to the shipment of materials ensuring customers have all materials, rentals, consumables needed for a successful installation. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for the coordination with Field Inspectors to book Flexpipe Field Foremen to field jobs when an untrained contractor is installing Flexpipe products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes in line with customer requirements. Prepare orders ensuring order accuracy using an ERP.
- Ensure all application reviews and credit applications are completed before shipment of materials.
- Review sales orders and backlog with sales team and customers to ensure accuracy of orders, accurate need by dates are communicated to the plant and shipments can be coordinated
- Communicate with other departments and contractors to ensure customer needs are understood and reqirements are met on time and in full. Troubleshoot problems that arise from the field level and due to complexities of the business.
- Assist in managing inventory levels to allow for on time delivery of sales orders. Issuing the pick list to the Materials/Rentals Coordinator to initiate kitting, staging and shipping of all materials and rental equipment
- Available during evenings and weekends to assist clients with inquiries, provide additional materials, or address any concerns that arise on-site outside of regular business hours.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of related experience
Education:
- University Degree in business or a related technical degree (preferred)
