Summary

Reporting directly to the Group President, the International Business Strategy and Planning Analyst (“IBA”) is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys understanding how businesses work, solving complex problems, and helping leaders make better decisions.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategy development, business analysis, financial insight, and project execution. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across the organization, helping to assess business performance, develop recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and commercially minded. You enjoy digging into data to understand what is really driving business results, asking thoughtful questions, and turning insights into practical recommendations. You're comfortable working in a changing environment and able to successfully balance multiple priorities in situations where the answers are not always clear. A successful IBA can balance detailed analysis with a broader business perspective.

The role also requires strong communication skills. Whether preparing executive presentations, supporting strategic planning exercises, or participating in leadership discussions, you can simplify complex information and present it clearly, in a way that is concise, and actionable.

For someone looking to accelerate their development, this position provides exceptional exposure to executive leadership, enterprise-wide challenges, and high-impact growth initiatives. It offers the opportunity to build a broad understanding of the business, develop leadership capabilities, and play a meaningful role in shaping Mattr's future direction and success.
