JOB SUMMARY
The Project Administrator will support overall deliverables of customer orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position will support Project Coordinators with order entry, ensure efficient processing of customer transactions, and maintain high levels of internal and external customer service. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues professionally, interpreting technical drawings, and coordinating with relevant personnel. The successful candidate must be highly detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review all new orders and ensure submissions are complete (purchase orders, quotes, approved drawings) and complete full entry of orders in IFS to include the configuration of all standard and non-standard tanks. This responsibility requires technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings.     
  • Collaborate with parts management specialists to integrate non-standard components of all custom tank configurations. This responsibility requires technical aptitude and ability to develop an advanced knowledge of accessory components in the water tank industry to efficiently generate accurate engineered-to-order tank configurations.              
  • Execute all sold not shipped (SNS) requests in IFS, along with SNS swap requests. Ensure accurate inventory movements and proper reconciliation of credit and invoice amounts.               
  • Manage both Fuel and Water uncommitted tank list. Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Sales Managers to ensure available tanks for sales are include in the external distribution. Ensure accurate compilation of tank drawing and inventory location.                          
  • Complete costing requests initiated by Sales Managers. Collaborate with the Cost Accountant to validate that accessory and tank configuration costs accurately reflect the current state of production and material pricing.                   

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Basic training/knowledge in MS operating systems/programs and documentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work alone or in a team environment
  • Ability to perform and coordinate multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Minimum one year experience as a Project Administrator
