Impact of this Role

The Production Supervisor leads and develops production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role directly supports productivity, quality, cost, and on-time delivery objectives while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and employee development.

What Success Looks Like

Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
Ensure daily manufacturing schedules are completed and customer requirements are met.
Maintain compliance with quality standards, specifications, and ISO 9001 requirements within the assigned area.
Coordinate effectively with production control, planners, process engineers, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities and Kaizen events.
Train, coach, and develop employees to maximize performance and build team capability.
Ensure safe work practices are followed and employees have the necessary tools and PPE to perform their work.
Coordinate departmental activities to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and maintain product quality.

What You Bring to the Role

3 to 5 years of supervisory or related leadership experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse workforce.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supporting employee training, coaching, and development.
Ability to work flexible hours as required, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of Oracle software is preferred.
