Responsibilites
Project Management:
- Receive and prioritize customer service request, accurately logging details into the system.
- Determin.e field service scope of work in consultation with Engineering Support as required.
- Generate job cost estimates based on scope of work.
- Coordinate for required personnel and material to perform scope of work.
- Schedule onsite field service, communicating estimated arrival and completion to with client.
- Monitor technicians’ schedules and re-dispatch as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure technicians have the necessary information, parts, and materials to complete each job task on site.
- Ensure that safe work practices are being followed at project sites.
- Generate a report to client upon completion of each job task

- Strong decision-making skills to determine project guidelines, timelines, and completion.
- Ability to follow through and complete multiple concurrent initiatives under deadline and with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, business tact, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Computer fluency including effective working skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe products, and e-mail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to document technical issues, resolutions, and reports clearly and concisely.
- Ability to read, write, and review reports, and communicate in English with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Able to work flexible hours as needed to address customer inquiries.
- Certified / able to wear/ use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Bilingual English/Spanish and/or French considered an asset.
- Understanding of the fiberglass reinforced plastic industry will be considered an asset.
Education
- High School Diploma
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a field-focused technical or engineering role; preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Valid Canadian or U.S. driver’s license and passport, with acceptable driving record.
- Experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, in an industrial environment, is considered an asset.
- Field-based project management or coordination experience is considered an asset.
